📧 Manage Email Preferences

Control what emails you receive from us.

Open the ScanWise AI app
Go to Settings → Notifications
Toggle email preferences ON or OFF

Note: You will still receive essential account-related emails (password resets, security alerts).

📥 Download Your Data

Request a copy of all your personal data stored in ScanWise AI.

How to Request:

Open the ScanWise AI app
Go to Settings → Privacy
Tap Download My Data
We'll email you a download link within 30 days

🗑️ Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data.

In-App Deletion:

Open the ScanWise AI app
Go to Settings → Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion (this cannot be undone)

Email Deletion Request:

Send an email to privacy@ataforge.com with subject "Delete My Account" and include your registered email address.

⚠️ Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your scan history, preferences, and account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

✏️ Update Your Information

Correct or update your personal information.

Open the ScanWise AI app
Go to Settings → Profile
Edit your name, email, or preferences
Tap Save Changes

📜 Delete Scan History

Clear your product scan history anytime.

Open the ScanWise AI app
Go to History tab
Swipe left on any scan to delete individually
Or tap Clear All to delete entire history

Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
