2. Description of Service

ScanWise AI provides AI-powered product scanning and health analysis services. Features include barcode scanning, nutritional analysis, and price comparison (Premium).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Minimum age: 16 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Share copyrighted content without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime in your iOS Settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
